The firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join its growing team. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of family law experience to be considered. Family Law Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized client files, track case deadlines, and manage attorney calendars for hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings.
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, financial affidavits, discovery requests, responses, declarations, and proposed orders.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact to gather case information, provide updates, and support clients through sensitive and emotional matters.
  • Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, witness lists, and other materials for hearings and trial preparation.
  • Coordinate scheduling, including court appearances, depositions, mediations, and client conferences.
  • ABA-approved paralegal certificate required.
